雙和扶青團

一、宗旨：
扶輪青年服務團之宗旨在於提供機會給青年男女，增進可協助他們個人發展的知識及技能，解決他們社區的物質及社會需求，以及透過友誼及服務的架構，促進全世界全人類之間更美好的關係。

The purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.

二、目標：
1.培養專業技能與領導技巧。
2.強調尊重他人的權利，及提升道德標準及一切有用職業的尊嚴。
3.提供機會給青年解決社區及全世界各種需求與相關問題。
4.提供與輔導扶輪社合作的機會。
5.鼓勵青年最終成為扶輪社員。

1.To develop professional and leadership skills;
2.To emphasize respect for the rights of others, and to promote
ethical standards and the dignity of all useful occupations;
3.To provide opportunities for young people to address the needs and
concerns of the community and our world;
4.To provide opportunities for working in cooperation with
sponsoring Rotary clubs;
5.To motivate young people for eventual membership in Rotary.
